Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • You received the wrong item

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

  • The item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

  • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
