More than just an 18 hole round, golf is made of stories. Its a delightful combination of competitiveness against yourself and the rest of the field, mental challenge and networking with your playing partners who can be complete strangers at the start of the round and become good friends by the end of the 18 holes. 

In a round of golf, as in life, there is a mixture of highs and lows, of great approaches and missed follow-ups; but the thing that keeps me coming back is that the highs, when they come, are incredibly gratifying.
